Cops found clothing and accessories with bogus labels from top designers during the raid of a home in Mariners Harbor, authorities allege.

Officers armed with a search warrant swarmed the home on Simonson Avenue of Mohamed Elazzi, 56, on July 7 at about 7 a.m., according to the criminal complaint.

Police recovered more than $1,000 worth of items with counterfeit trademarks, including Nike jumpsuits, New Jordan ,Gucci belts, wallets and handbags, and Louis Vuitton wallets and a handbag, the complaint alleges.

In a series of transactions with undercover officers in May and June in Mariners Harbor, Elazzi allegedly sold a wide variety of fake designer items hidden in large black plastic bags. Authorities allege that four fake Nike Tech jumpsuits were exchanged for $140 in cash during one sale.

Elazzi received $300 in cash for providing Nike shirts, shorts and hats, Gucci T-shirts and belts, and Luis Vuitton wallets with fake trademarks on a second occasion, the complaint alleges.

And for $230, the suspect allegedly supplied Ralph Lauren shorts and Nike shirts, shorts, and hats during a third encounter.

All of the items were inspected by a licensed private investigator trained by the manufacturers to identify counterfeit merchandise, the complaint states.

Elazzi, who has been charged with trademark counterfeiting, has been released on his own recognizance and is due back in Criminal Court on Aug. 13.

Attorney Peter Verby, who is representing Elazzi, declined to comment at this time.
